Bankruptcy proceedings were opened against the assets of AutoBank AG by order of the Commercial Court of Vienna dated 23.08.2021, AZ 938 S 34/21a.
By decision of the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) dated July 30, 2021, AutoBank AG was completely prohibited from continuing its business operations with immediate effect, which means that a security case within the meaning of the ESAEG has already occurred.
The deposits of AutoBank AG customers are covered by the Deposit Guarantee Scheme (ESA) to the extent required by law, which is why we ask you to contact us directly (www.einlagensicherung.at).
Those deposits which are not covered by the deposit guarantee as well as other claims are to be filed in the insolvency proceedings of AutoBank AG at the Commercial Court of Vienna, AZ 938 S 34/21a.
